Job summary

The Springs Healthcare & Rehabilitation in Cedar Park, TX is hiring full-time CNAs to provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing facility. Day, evening, and night shifts are available with rotating schedules. You should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work with a compassionate approach to residents.

CPR is preferred. Qualifications include a Texas CNA license (or Compact state) and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Nurse Aide in the State of Texas or a Compact State license is required.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities.
• Provide compassionate patient care and support.
• Follow care plans and report changes to supervising staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Work collaboratively across shifts, including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities!

• Enjoy working in a skilled nursing facility setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties (Burn Calories ALL DAY!)
• Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
• Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
• Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)
