Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Shelbyville, KY to provide daily nursing care and personalized support to residents per care plans. You will assist with ADLs, observe changes, and work with a team to ensure comfort and safety, while delivering compassionate companionship.

Qualifications include a state CNA certification plus a high school diploma or GED; 0–1 years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with daily living activities (ADLs) per the plan of care.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition; make independent decisions when needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well‑being.
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to residents.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
