Qualifications

• Assist residents with personal hygiene, turning, lifting, positioning, and transfers.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition; make independent decisions as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being.
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to residents.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
