Hacienda INC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide essential personal client care under nursing supervision. The role covers infant to adult care, participation in recreational activities, and adherence to State Board standards.

Candidates must hold Arizona CNA certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and may be new to the field or have related experience. Training and safety protocols are emphasized in this safety-sensitive position.

Formación

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification in good standing with the Arizona State Board of Nursing.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• Does not require experience, however previous experience in a similar setting will be an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Under the supervision of the nursing staff accepts responsibility for the care of clients as assigned on the shift worked.
• Performs direct patient care including bathing, grooming, feeding, changing, vital signs, etc.
• Escorts and transports clients to appointments and activities.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary environment.
• Abides by Hacienda, Inc. policies and procedures.
• Must attend all training sessions required by the company.
