Job summary

Encore Senior Living is hiring a CNA/Caregiver - PRN for the McHenry community in Illinois. You will provide personal care and daily assistance to residents, helping maintain comfort and independence in a warm, home-like setting.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in health care and be 18 or older; training is provided. We offer medical, vision and dental insurance, life insurance, PTO, EAP and referral programs.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a health care environment or equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• We offer a full training program and are willing to train the right candidate!

Responsibilities

• The Caregiver is responsible for providing personal assistance and routine daily care to residents and to enhance their independence and quality of life.
• Assist residents with recreational activities to help maintain their optimum level of functioning.
