Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Support residents with meals, hydration, and dining assistance.
• Provide companionship and encourage participation in social and recreational activities.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and room organization.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition or behavior promptly.
• Administer medications and delegated health-related services under RN supervision.
• Maintain accurate documentation and resident care records.
• Follow infection control, confidentiality, and resident rights policies.
• Attend required training sessions and staff meetings.
• Comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
