Job summary

Vitality Living is hiring a CNA caregiver for our Acclaim at East Beach Community. You will support residents with daily living activities, administer simple treatments, and address behavioral health concerns under supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain any certification as required by state regulations.
• Meet state health requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, simple treatments, and behavioral health issues as per service plans.
• Contribute to development and revision of service plans by reporting needs and preferences.
• Observe and report resident problems to LPN or Medication Tech/Aid.
• Attend onboarding and ongoing trainings and team meetings as requested.
• Perform other duties assigned by Wellness Director.

• Assist in development and revision of service plans by informing supervisor of current resident needs and preferences, as well as successful service approaches
• Observe and report resident problems to LPN (if on duty) or Medication Tech/Aid
• Attend and participate in onboarding, annual and in-service training and team member meetings, as requested
• Perform other duties as assigned by Wellness Director
