Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Help with mobility and transfers, meals, medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping and transportation assistance.
• Follow client care plans and document visits.
• Report changes in client condition to the team.
