Qualifications

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care for elderly clients.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and family members.
• Support daily living activities and ensure safety and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hygiene, bathing, dressing and toileting.
• Remind and assist with prescribed medications as needed.
• Help with mobility and accompany clients to appointments or outings.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal assistance as required.
• Report any changes in client condition or safety concerns.
