SYNERGY HomeCare in West Hollywood is hiring Caregivers, HHAs, and CNAs to provide compassionate, non-medical support to clients in their own homes. Flexible scheduling with options for full-time or part-time shifts helps you balance work and life.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Registered California Home Care Aide (HCA), or willing to register.
• Current TB clearance.
• Successful completion of a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and support with clients’ non-medical needs
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Provide medication reminders
• Maintain professional and respectful communication with clients, families, and coworkers
• Provide dependable care by arriving on time and consistently covering scheduled shifts
