Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in West Hollywood is hiring caregivers to provide non-medical in-home support, companionship, and ADL assistance. We offer flexible full- or part-time schedules, competitive pay, direct deposit, paid orientation and ongoing training, and mileage reimbursement.

As a caregiver you will build trust with clients and families, maintain punctuality, and deliver reliable care, with emphasis on safety and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) with the state of California (or willing to register).
• Current TB clearance.
• Current CPR & First Aid Certification
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.
