Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Los Angeles is hiring compassionate caregivers to help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home. You’ll provide non-medical care, companionship, and support with daily tasks, contributing to meaningful improvements in clients’ quality of life.

Requirements include at least 1 year of professional caregiving, 18+, CA Home Care Aide registration (or willingness to register), TB clearance, CPR/First Aid, and successful background check.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration or willingness to register.
• Current TB clearance.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Successful completion of a required background check.

Responsibilities

• Providing companionship and meaningful social engagement.
• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Preparing meals and helping with light housekeeping.
• Providing medication reminders.
• Building respectful and professional relationships with clients, families, and coworkers.
• Providing consistent and dependable care by arriving on time and covering scheduled shifts.
