Job summary

Responsibilities

• Adhere to dignity, privacy, independence, and home-like environment for residents.
• Assist with ADLs and environmental orientation, promoting self-care and independence.
• Provide services per resident service plans, including bathing, toileting, transfer, and mobility.
• Build relationships with residents and care team.
