Responsibilities

Assist residents/patients with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff.
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
Take and record vital signs accurately.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient care activities and observations.
Assist with mobility: transferring and positioning to promote independence.
Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed.
Collaborate with the nursing team and communicate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
