Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical home care in the Minneapolis and surrounding areas. You will offer companionship, assist with daily activities, follow care plans, and document care activities for clients in their own homes.

We value reliability, punctuality, and clear communication with families and office staff. Enjoy flexible schedules, paid orientation and ongoing training, with 24/7 office support and opportunities for overtime pay.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical care to clients in their homes, including companionship.

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide non-medical care to clients in their homes, including companionship
• Follow care plans and complete accurate, detailed documentation of care provided.
• Assist clients with light cleaning/housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Help clients with basic personal care, such as bathing, dressing and stand by assistance.
• Maintain consistent professional communication with clients, their family members, fellow caregivers and SYNERGY office staff

As a caregiver with us you will care for clients at their homes in our service area which includes: Minneapolis & Central Twin Cities Metro, Bloomington, Columbia Heights, Fridley, Brooklyn Center, Brooklyn Park, Edina, Richfield, Roseville, & St. Louis Park.

To qualify for the caregiver position you will need:

• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance and reliable transportation
• Consistency, punctuality, and commitment to your work
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Compassion, patience, and a passion for people
• Experience preferred but not required
