Job summary

Synergy HomeCare in Bloomington, MN is seeking caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care, including companionship and assistance with daily activities.

You will follow care plans, document care accurately, assist with light housekeeping and meal prep, and communicate with clients and families. We offer flexible schedules, paid orientation, 24/7 office support, and opportunities for advancement within a nationally recognized agency.

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide non-medical care to clients in their homes, including companionship

As a caregiver with us you will care for clients at their homes in our service area which includes: Minneapolis, Bloomington, Edina, Richfield, St. Louis Park & surrounding areas.

To qualify for the caregiver position you will need:

• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance and reliable transportation
• Consistency, punctuality, and commitment to your work
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Compassion, patience, and a passion for people
• Experience preferred but not required
