SYNERGY HomeCare in California–Santee is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our independently owned national agency. You will provide non-medical care at clients' homes, focusing on companionship, social engagement, and reliable, heartful support.

You’ll help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders, and you’ll establish a professional, respectful relationship with clients and families. Flexible schedules and dependable shifts help you make a difference.
