Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Bel Air is seeking a compassionate CNA caregiver to provide personal care, assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep, medication management, and light housekeeping in clients' homes. You will also offer companionship and monitor wellbeing, helping families achieve peace of mind.

This role requires 1 year of CNA experience and Maryland certification, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift and reposition clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent experience.
• Active CNA certification in the state of Maryland.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, medication management, and light housekeeping
• Offer emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, games, and hobbies
• Maintain accurate records of client care and communication with interdisciplinary team members
• Collaborate with clients' families and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions
