Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Bel Air is seeking a compassionate Resident Care Assistant in Abingdon, Maryland to provide non-medical support, companionship, and personal care for clients.

You will establish professional relationships with clients and families, follow flexible schedules, and be compensated with $17-$20 hourly pay plus benefits like direct deposit, paid orientation, overtime and holiday pay, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a CNA.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Provide personal care to clients as needed
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
