A.G. Rhodes in Georgia is hiring qualified CNAs for our Wesley Woods community to join a compassionate, patient-centered care team. Full-time and part-time CNA care partner positions involve every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and offer a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Georgia CNA certification is required.
• 1 year of LTC/skilled nursing experience preferred, training available for new CNAs.
• Experience in Person-Directed Care community preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Demonstrates genuine passion for working with elders.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to foster teamwork with LPNs and CNA care partners.
• Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience preferred).
• Strong organization and time management skills.

CNA Care Partner Qualifications Include

• Current Georgia CNA Certification
