Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant / Care Associate to provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents and support daily living activities. You’ll work closely with our team to ensure each resident’s needs are met with kindness and respect, making sure they feel comfortable, valued, and at home.

Qualifications

• Current Nurse Aide - Licensed in the State of Virginia with registration in the Virginia Department of Health Professions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• First Aid or BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support residents by providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Assist with daily activities to maintain residents' independence and comfort.
• Create personalized care experiences by implementing plans tailored to each resident.
• Encourage participation in activities that enrich residents' lives.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to meet residents' needs promptly and with compassion.
