Job summary

Universal Health Services (UHS) is seeking a part-time CNA in Reno, NV for a night-shift role within our behavioral health program expansion. The CNA will provide safe, competent nursing assistant care and support to the healthcare team, aligning with Patient Centered Care principles.

Responsibilities include bedside shift reporting, task delegation with the supervising RN, and addressing patient and family psychosocial needs while maintaining a compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited CNA program.
• Current Nevada CNA license.
• Current BLS certificate.

Responsibilities

• Performs bedside shift reports and ensures care team contact information is available to the patient and family.
• Receives task delegation from Supervising RN at shift start.
• Incorporates patient and family psychosocial and diversity needs into care.
