Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services to nurses and other staff as needed and perform duties as assigned.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, per care plans and facility policies.
• Assist with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents.
• Coordinate dining room services, including set-up, meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
• Deliver nutritional supplements to residents and document intake accordingly.
