Job Summary

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) provide exceptional resident care that promotes healing and recovery in a compassionate environment. They work collaboratively with clinicians and nurses to deliver direct care based on individualized care plans. Responsibilities include assisting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and helping them participate in activities and meals, encouraging independence where possible.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• Florida-licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Excellent interpersonal skills to relate effectively with staff, residents, families, and community members
• Empathetic, energetic, and with a passion for working with a diverse senior population
• Must pass a Level II Background Check and Drug Screening
