All Saints Sub Acute is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a Full-Time AM shift at $23.00 per hour. The CNA provides direct, compassionate care, supporting residents with activities of daily living and reporting changes to licensed nurses.

On-site position in the United States, working within an interdisciplinary care team to ensure resident-centered care aligned with individualized plans and facility standards.

• Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.

Mansioni

• Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
• Take and document vital signs and promptly report changes in resident condition to the licensed nurse.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
• Assist with meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Provide respectful care while maintaining resident dignity, privacy, and independence.
• Accurately document care provided in accordance with facility policies.
• Follow infection control, safety, and resident rights policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, nursing staff, and other members of the care team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by nursing leadership.
