Georgia Piedmont Technical College invites applications for a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant Adjunct Instructor at the DeKalb and Newton campuses. Under general supervision, you will prepare lesson plans and teach classroom credit courses in Economic Development.

Instruction will include lecture and laboratory activities and may involve Internet courses. The candidate will also maintain student records, update syllabi, advise students on career paths, and report to the Vice President of

Formación

• Must be licensed as LPN or RN in Georgia.
• Certified Train the Trainer certification (or must complete within 45 days of hire).
• American Heart CPR Instructor certification.
• Three or more years within the last five of full-time LPN/RN in-field work experience.
• Ability to teach all phases of the CNA curriculum.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare lesson plans and teach classroom credit courses.
• Lecture and laboratory instruction; may include Internet courses.
• Maintain accurate student records and prepare reports.
• Advise and motivate students on program expectations and career choices.
• Report to the Vice President of Economic Development.
