Northwest Specialty Hospital in Reno, NV is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant for the Acute Rehab Unit. The CNA will provide safe, competent nursing assistant care, support the healthcare team, and uphold Patient Centered Care foundations while delivering service excellence.

Responsibilities include bedside shift reporting, RN delegation, and addressing psychosocial and family needs to tailor individualized care plans for patients in an acute rehab setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited C.N.A program preferred.
• Current Nevada CNA license required.
• Current BLS certificate required.

Responsabilités

• Completes bedside shift report in the room at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Meets with Supervising RN at the beginning of each shift to receive task delegation.
• Involves the patient and family psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, population-specific, and diversity needs in care.

Formation

Graduate of an accredited C.N.A program

Current Nevada C.N.A. license

Current BLS certificate
