Qualifications

• Requires minimum two (2) years college education with courses in recreation, education, social work, other behavioral sciences or clinical services.

Responsibilities

• Assists in planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional and spiritual programs as directed by the Supervisor.
• Interviews residents and family or designated others to develop individualized recreation programs.
• Updates recreation programs to meet resident needs and protect residents’ rights.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to develop and evaluate the care plan and communicates resident responses.

Education

Two years of college education in recreation, education, social work, or related behavioral sciences or clinical services
