Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating activity programs.
• Assist in developing guidelines for medically related activity needs of residents.
• Participate in community planning to support resident services and family needs.
• Participate in discharge planning and development of activity care plans and resident assessments.
• Perform administrative requirements and submit reports to the Activity Director.
• Provide consultation to staff and others in solving resident needs through activity programs.
