Job summary

Lake Bennet Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Ocoee, FL is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team. Full-time, on-site role with hourly pay and shift differentials, offering opportunities to help residents with daily living and restorative care.

You must hold a current CNA license in Florida, be able to read and speak English, make independent decisions, and work well with others.

Qualifications

• Current and valid CNA license in Florida.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to make independent decisions when needed.
• Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.

Responsibilities

• Care for multiple residents in the facility and observe resident rights.
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist nurse with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Assist nurse in giving treatments and examining residents.
• Assist with restorative and rehab care under supervision.

Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Main Duties and Critical Tasks:

• Care for multiple residents in the facility. Observe Resident Rights.
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist nurse with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Assist nurse in giving treatments and examining residents.
• Assist with restorative and rehab care with proper instruction and supervision.
• Come to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrate dependability and punctuality.
• Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Required Education and Experience:
• Current and validCertified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) license in the state of practice and employment.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.
