Job summary

Southern HealthCare Management is seeking a dedicated CNA to support our activities program and enhance residents’ quality of life.

You will collaborate with the Activities Director, participate in planning engaging activities, and help deliver compassionate care in a supportive, team-focused facility.

Qualifications

• Must have a clear and active CNA license in the state of practice.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior recreational activities CNA experience a plus, or experience in a Short-Term rehabilitation or Long-Term Care setting.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Activities Director in planning and providing an ongoing program of activities for residents and patients in a long-term care and short-term rehabilitation setting.
