Southern HealthCare Management is seeking a compassionate Activity CNA to create engaging programs for residents with dementia and cognitive impairment while supporting daily care needs in a memory care setting. • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Clear and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of practice required.
• Prior recreational activities CNA experience a plus, or experience in a Short-Term rehabilitation or Long-Term Care setting.

• Assisting the Activities Director in planning and providing an ongoing program of activities for residents and patients in a long-term care and short-term rehabilitation setting.
