The Arlington Naples is seeking a compassionate CNA for part-time night shifts (7p–7a) to provide direct resident care, including activities of daily living, mobility, and safety.

A Florida CNA license and CPR are required, along with English language proficiency; starting pay is $20 per hour, with benefits such as medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) match, and an employee referral program.

Qualifications

• Experience documenting patient records or use of PCC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting).
• Repositioning and transferring residents safely.
• Observe and report unusual findings to charge nurse.
• Ensure call system is within reach and responsive.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provides direct patient care in all aspects of activities of daily living, bathing, showering, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting.
• Repositioning patients and transferring from beds, wheelchairs, etc.
• Assist with resident needs by observing and reporting all unusual finds to charge nurse.
• Ensure the call system is within the reach of resident and answered promptly.
• Assist nursing staff with height measurements, temperature and pulse respirations.
• May assist residents with errands, and activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Florida license as a Certified Nursing Assistant and CPR.
• MUSThave the ability to Speak, Write and Comprehend the English Language.
• Ability to document patient records using PCC, and complete in-service training.
