The Arlington of Naples is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants for our Skilled Nursing unit. Join our team to provide compassionate care to older adults and help create a vibrant living environment.

This full-time night role (12-hour shifts 7p-7a) requires a valid Florida CNA license and CPR. Competitive pay starts at $20/hr with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K match, and referral programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for activities of daily living.
• Reposition patients and assist with transfers.

• Assist with basic measurements and vitals.
• Assist residents with errands and activities.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provides direct patient care in all aspects of activities of daily living, bathing, showering, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting.
• Repositioning patients and transferring from beds, wheelchairs, etc.
• Assist with resident needs by observing and reporting all unusual finds to charge nurse.
• Ensure the call system is within the reach of resident and answered promptly.
• Assist nursing staff with height measurements, temperature and pulse respirations.
• May assist residents with errands, and activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Florida license as a Certified Nursing Assistant and CPR.
• MUSThave the ability to Speak, Write and Comprehend the English Language.
• Ability to document patient records using PCC, and complete in-service training.
