Job summary

The Arlington in Naples is seeking a part-time CNA for night shifts (12 hours, 7p-7a). A valid Florida CNA license and CPR are required. Starting pay is $20/hour and varies by experience. You will provide direct care, assist with activities of daily living, and support nursing staff in a hospitality-focused senior living community.

Qualifications

• Ability to document patient records using PCC and complete in-service training.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting).
• Reposition patients and assist transfers from beds and wheelchairs.
• Observe and report unusual findings to charge nurse.
• Ensure call system is within reach and answered promptly.
• Assist with height measurements, temperature, pulse and respirations.
• May assist residents with errands and activities.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provides direct patient care in all aspects of activities of daily living, bathing, showering, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting.
• Repositioning patients and transferring from beds, wheelchairs, etc.
• Assist with resident needs by observing and reporting all unusual finds to charge nurse.
• Ensure the call system is within the reach of resident and answered promptly.
• Assist nursing staff with height measurements, temperature and pulse respirations.
• May assist residents with errands, and activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
