Castle Peak, a Cassia senior care community located in Eagle, Colorado, is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. This nonprofit, mission-driven environment offers rewarding work, great benefits, and up to a $7,000 bonus for full-time staff.

As a CNA, you’ll help residents maintain independence by assisting with personal care, daily activities, and treatments, document care, support activity programs, and report changes to the RN.

Qualifications

• Current CO Nursing Assistant certification required.
• BLS/ CPR certificate required.
• Long term care experience preferred.
• Ability to work a consistent work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Help residents reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the RN per individualized care plan.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the RN.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities.
• Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition to the supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
