Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Aide certification required in the state of employment.
• Prior experience in patient care is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow care plans and report changes to supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Performs data collection on patients/residents under RN/LPN direction.
• Implements care plans based on patient needs and safety considerations.
• Provides direct patient/resident care and reports changes to RN/LPN.
• Ensures resident safety by identifying hazards and initiating corrective action.
• Documents care results per policies and procedures.
• Complies with ministry policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
