The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a critical role in supporting residents with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being. You will work closely with the nursing team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including feeding, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
Serve meals and provide nourishment between meals as needed
Safely ambulate, turn, and position residents
Observe and report any changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Support a professional, collaborative, and resident-focused team culture
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Massachusetts
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
