Job summary

IntersectHC in Michigan is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver high-quality nursing care to residents and coordinate with the care team. You will support the care plan, report observations to the supervisor, and assist with daily activities to promote residents' dignity and well-being.

The role requires CNA certification in Michigan and prior experience in long-term care or related health care settings. A sign-on bonus is offered for full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Michigan Certified Nurse Aide Certification or complete a Michigan approved CNA training program and be eligible to test.
• One year of experience in long-term care, hospice, or health care is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math; strong verbal communication with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to residents and support their care plan.
• Report to supervisor and assist with department operations.
• Assist with grooming, bathing, feeding, toileting, mobility, and routine activities.
• Monitor resident conditions, document care, and maintain safety and dignity.
