Job summary

The Pavilion at Kenton in Covington, KY is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care under supervision. The SRNA role supports daily living activities, monitors safety, and helps improve quality of life for residents.

Responsibilities include assisting with meals, mobility, documenting care, reporting changes, and collaborating with nursing staff. A valid STNA license and CPR/BLS certification are required; a compassionate attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• State Tested Nursing Assistant license in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care to residents under supervision of licensed staff.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living per care plans.
• Assists with lifting, turning, positioning and transporting residents.
• Coordinates dining room services, including setup, delivery, feeding and intake documentation.
• Delivers nutritional supplements and tracks intake.
• Records resident weights and reports changes.
