Erickson Senior Living's Ann's Choice in Bucks County, PA, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily living through person-centered care.

This 3P-11P Memory Care role offers 32 hours per week with compensation up to $24/hr plus approved med tech and evening differentials. Training provided where needed, and state CNA certification is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Implement residents' personal care plans with a focus on preferences and routines.

Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Our CNAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident's needs.

Med Tech Required, we will train!!

Compensation: Up to $24/hr, depending on years licensed, plus med tech & evening differential.

Schedule: 3P-11P in Memory Care. Sun, Tues, Thurs, Fri _ Mon, Wed, Thurs, Sat (32 hours per week, 64 per pay). Benefits eligible!!

How you will make an impact

• Supporting the resident's physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

What you will need

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills required.
