Job summary

Atrium Centers is hiring CNAs for Wisconsin-licensed professionals to join our 65-bed facility. You will provide direct resident care per individualized plans, assist with daily activities, and maintain safety and infection control standards.

We are a 100% employee-owned organization, offering competitive pay starting at $25/hour plus shift differentials and a $3000 sign-on bonus for full-time 2nd shift. Flexible part-time options are also available.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin CNA license (required).
• Completion of an approved CNA training program.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Service-focused mindset with a desire to learn.
• Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans.
• Assist with daily activities, personal care, and resident safety.
• Follow infection control procedures and safety protocols.
• Accurately complete documentation, including vital signs.
