Job summary

Green Hills Health Care Center is seeking a hospitality-minded Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our growing team. The position offers a part-time 2nd shift (2:00pm-10:00pm) with starting wages of $20.00-$21.00 per hour and a $2.00 per hour differential for 6:00pm–6:00am shifts.

Qualifications

• Have obtained or will obtain your CNA licensure, according to Department of Inspections and Appeals guidelines.
• Maintain a valid registration with the Direct Care Worker Registry.
• Can pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Accurately document nursing care after assisting a resident, in accordance with community and regulatory standards.
• Timely report any changes in resident condition to the RN/LPN on duty.
• Perform and chart Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in accordance with each resident’s nursing care plan.
• Treat each resident as an individual and address them respectfully.
• Assist residents with nutrition and hydration, monitoring food and fluid intake as well as physically assisting with dining as needed.
• Ensure resident rooms are kept clean and organized.
• Exhibit the highest degree of commitment to Person-Directed Care philosophy.
