TRITAL Care in Albuquerque, NM seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant for a local contract assignment at a healthcare and rehabilitation center. You will provide respectful, person-centered care with a consistent schedule across day or night shifts.

The role emphasizes direct resident support, safe transfers, vital signs, meals, and collaboration with the nursing team. Onboarding and credentialing assistance are provided, with recruiter support throughout the assignment.

Qualifications

• Active NM CNA certification required.
• Availability for weekends and listed schedule.
• Excellent communication and teamwork with residents.
• Ability to perform CNA duties safely.
• Onboarding and credentialing requirements completed.
• COVID-19 vaccination documentation or exemption as required.
• Valid ID and photo badge for assignment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and daily activities.
• Support safe transfers, positioning, ambulation and mobility.
• Measure and record vital signs as directed by nursing staff.
• Assist with meals and hydration per care plans.
• Observe changes and report to supervising nurse promptly.
• Maintain documentation and infection prevention procedures.
• Collaborate with nursing team to maintain comfort, dignity and safety.
