Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide and assist with physical care of patients.

• Communicate changes in patient's condition to the nurse.
• Assist in dining and feeding of residents.
• Transport patients to therapy appointments.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of patient rooms.
