Job summary

Greenwood Village South in Greenwood, IN is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time and part-time roles. Starting pay is $21/hour plus experience pay, with $2 evening/night and $3 weekend shift differentials.

You will assist with admission, transfers, daily living activities, and direct patient care under the Charge Nurse, with thorough documentation and timely communication. Indiana CNA registry and 105 hours CNA program are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 105 hours Certified Nursing Assistant program as approved by Indiana State Board of Health.
• Name placed on Certified Nursing Assistant Registry at time of hire and maintain certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admission, transfer and discharge of residents as instructed by Charge Nurse.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Provide direct patient care as assigned by Charge Nurse.
• Provide proper documentation of resident care.
• Promptly communicate with Charge Nurse and leadership team about changes in residents' condition.
