Job summary

Greenwood Village South in Greenwood, IN is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate care team. Starting at $21/hour with experience pay, the role offers a $2 evening/night differential and a $3 weekend differential.

You will assist residents with daily living, document care, and support a high-quality continuum of care in a non-profit Life Plan Community.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 105 hours Certified Nursing Assistant Program as approved by the Indiana State Board of Health or equivalent.
• Requires name on Certified Nursing Assistant Registry at time of hire as required by the Indiana State Board of Health.

Responsibilities

• Assists with admission, transfer and discharge of residents as instructed by Charge Nurse.
• Assist residents with tending to personal care and activities of daily living.
• Provide direct patient care as assigned by Charge Nurse.
• Provide proper documentation of resident care.
• Promptly communicate with Charge Nurse and leadership team with any changes in the resident’s condition.

• Full-time and Part-time Days: 6am-2pm, includes every other weekend
• Full-time and Part-time Evenings: 2pm-10pm, includes every other weekend
• Part-time Nights: 10pm-6am, includes every other Friday/Saturday
