Job summary

Red Cliffs Post Acute is seeking CNAs for full-time positions in Grand Junction, CO. Shifts run 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am.

You will provide essential direct care to residents under licensed nurses, helping with daily living activities and comfort, while maintaining a positive, team-focused environment. Competitive pay and benefits, including healthcare options, 401k with match, PTO and sick leave, plus a $2,000 bonus for full-time staff paid out over 12 months.

Qualifications

• Current CO CNA license (unencumbered).
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to pass CO CAPS background check and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents under the direction of licensed nurses.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and routine tasks.
• Monitor resident status and report changes to the care team.
