PREMIER HEALTHCARE CONSULTANTS is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our team in Alabama. You will assist residents with daily living activities, support the care team, and help maintain a high quality of life for residents in a hospital or care setting.

We offer day and night shifts, opportunities for career growth, comprehensive benefits, and a sign-on bonus for Baylor CNAs. Walk-ins are welcome Monday–Friday and interviews run from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; CNA certification required.
• State-approved CNA certification meets state requirements.
• Able to work in a team and follow policies.
• Able to complete education requirements on time.
• Adhere to state and federal laws and work rules.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living according to care plan.
• Take vital signs, monitor intake and weights.
• Deliver meals and provide a positive dining experience.
• Escort residents to therapy and activities.
• Report changes in condition promptly and accurately.
• Maintain infection prevention and safety protocols.
• Safely operate lifts and equipment as required.
• Protect residents' health information.

Educación
