Job summary

Anchor Post Acute is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our award-winning team at the 120-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility in Aiken, SC. You will provide direct resident care, monitor conditions, and support daily activities with a focus on safety and warmth.

Requirements include an active South Carolina CNA certification, completion of an accredited CNA program, CPR certification, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Active South Carolina Nurse Aide Certification.
• Graduate of Accredited Nurse Assistant Program.
• Current CPR Certification.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before treatments, meals, and activities using wristbands or photo IDs.
• Record entries clearly and accurately using approved abbreviations.
• Report changes in resident conditions promptly to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Record vital information on flow sheets, notes, and charts in an informative manner.
• Maintain resident room readiness and assist with transfers or discharge packing.
• Provide compassionate care, greet residents, and introduce them to roommates and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information and notify supervisors of concerns.

Education

Active South Carolina Nurse Aide Certification

Graduate of Accredited Nurse Assistant Program

Current CPR Certification

High School Diploma or Equivalent
